Julia Kelly was born in 1969.
Her first novel is With My Lazy Eye (Dublin, The Lilliput Press, 2007).
She was short-listed for the Kerry Group Irish Fiction Award, and was nominated as one of the Irish Book Awards Books of the Decade in 2010.
She lives in Bray, Co Wicklow.
