
His poetry is collected as The Silence After (South Tipperary Arts Centre & Start Magazine, 2003); for which he was awarded the START Chapbook Prize for Poetry, and more recently the Firewords Poetry Award; In The Library Of Lost Objects (London, Ward Wood Publishing, 2011); and On Light & Carbon (Ward Wood Publishing, 2013).
His fiction is published as The Return Journey & Our Friends Electric: Two Novellas (Ward Wood, 2011).
A play, The Rainstorm (Tyger Theatre Company), was produced for the Dublin Fringe Festival in 2006.
As editor he has co-edited (with Theo Dorgan) the anthology Watching the River Flow: A Century in Irish Poetry (Poetry Ireland, 1999).
He has been a recipient of an Arts Council of Ireland Bursary for Literature in 2003 and 2012.
He lives in Dublin.
