We are not in contact with the vast majority of the writers listed. In general, the best thing to do is contact a writer’s publisher. See Irish Publishers which may help in this regard.
I also paint, write poetry and have a great love of music. I left school at fourteen years of age. I sung in the church choir in Cabra West. Winners of the Feis Ceol in 1950. My family emigrated to England in the 50’s along with thousands of others. I am grateful for the kindness that I was shown there, especially by my boss at work. I returned to Dublin in 1964 with a trade and supervised the printing department for Hallmark Cards Ltd. My book tells the story of my family. I believe the reader will enjoy it. It will give hope to those who left school early because in later years I studied for and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree. That really gave me the confidence to write. The book title is: “Me Father was a Hero and Me Mother is a Saint” It has just been released and is available through Amazon, Barnes & Noble and The Book Depository.
